Angela Mudge, Owner & CEO
Angela is a well respected industry leader in the area of workers’ compensation claims training, development, coaching, leadership and strategy. Throughout her 34 year career she has supported hundreds of claims professionals in advancing from adjuster to supervisor, supervisor to manager, and manager to executive. Her coaching and development has also extended to a number of defense attorneys. She is often used as a sounding board by industry professionals on career development and business strategy. Using these skills she successfully started ALC more than 14 years ago. ALC is a unique company, with a suite of services that capitalizes on her ability to collaborate the needs of the claims professional and risk payer, leading to the lowest claim durations and costs for the employer industry being represented. Her passion is making every party in the process - employee, employer, claims -- get the best result during what can be a tricky and complex process. Her personal passions are art, yoga, gardening, and cooking. She lives in South Orange County, CA with her two Dachshunds. Angela is IEA, WCCP and OSIP certified.
Tera Martin Del Campo, COO
Tera brings over 24 years of experience in the industry with in depth expertise in public entities, auditing, creating tailored made programs specific for the client, and molding tomorrow’s leaders in the industry. She takes pride in her ability to see the big picture and strategize expertly without losing sight of the subtleties that make a difference. During her tenure at ALC, and under the mentorship of Angela Mudge, Tera has been successful in creative collaboration with all parties to the claim, allowing for swift resolutions and reduced claims costs that benefit the risk payer. Tera also serves as a Councilwoman for the City of Duarte which aligns with her passion for leadership, service, and ensuring public funds are responsibly administered. Her personal passions include photography, off roading, fitness, fashion, and watching her sons play baseball. She lives in Los Angeles County, Ca with her husband, three sons and their dog. Tera is WCCA, WCCP, and OSIP certified.
